When can I us my refinished surface again?

This may vary depending on the type of surface we are refinishing but normally the cure time is 24 hours (1 Day) before you can use the surface again.
Do you offer in-home estimates?

Yes, we offer free in-home estimates if needed. We mainly offer vitual estimates given over the phone, text or email!
Why not just replace with something new?

Cost: The average cost to replace a bathtub is a whopping $2,300 and often exceeds this depending on the materials selected and complications the contractor runs into during the process. Refinishing is generally a fraction of the cost to replace surfaces and gives you the same like new appearance. Time: A remodeling project can often take weeks to complete. Refinishing can be completed in as little as one day for a simple tub and just a few days if we are doing a more complex project.
What can be refinished?

We offer our refinishing services for bathtubs, wall tile, showers, one piece bath inserts, sinks and countertops. We can refinish porcelain, plastic, fiberglass, ceramic, acrylics and similar surfaces. Please contact us with any further questions.
How long does it take to refinish a surface?

A bathtub or shower is usually completed within 4 to 6 hours. Large projects, like a full bathroom, may take two to four different visits to complete. Contact us with further questions.
How long does refinishing last?

Masters Touch Refinish uses one of the most durable coatings in the industry and jobs performed by us using our method will last for many years with easy care Instructions!
Does it smell during or after the process?

We use the best ventilation equipment available but there will be a very mild odor during the process around the area we are refinishing. Most clients don’t really even notice it though. This odor may linger in the room after we leave for a few hours but again its very mild.
Do you guys offer any type of warranty?

Yes, we do! We offer our lifetime limited warranty on our services that is fully transferable if you sell your home. Ask us for a copy of our warranty or download it directly off of our website!
What do I do about the drain and other fixtures?

Since we are not plumbers, we do not usually remove any of the fixtures but we will remove simple stuff like the tub overflow plate. If you are NOT planning on replacing your fixtures, we recommend you leave them on and we will mask them for protection during the process. However, if you are going to replace your knobs, drain, spout or other fixtures, we ask that you have them removed prior to us arriving to refinish your service and replace them once we are finished.
Can I get a custom color?

Yes, we offer tinting services which can help match your other surfaces better. Contact us for more information.
